Molly, 2014

FTAW Oldgillhead Silvya (Molly)

Molly is a Hungarian Vizsla who arrived in our family when she was 10 months old. She is a rescue dog from the Hungarian Vizsla Society. In the early months of her life, she had very little socialisation causing her to be quite anti-social with any other dogs she met. However, due to careful introductions and measured exposure she has improved immensely.

Within a year, she achieved the Gold Standard Kennel Club Good Citizens award. She has gone on to compete in Spring Pointing, Working Tests and Field Trials, becoming the first and only rescued Hungarian Vizsla to gain field trial awards. She then progressed to become the top field trialling Vizsla in the country (most points accumulated) in the 2013-2014 season.

Now retired from trialling, she enjoys beating every season and a relaxed family life.
