Arena demonstrations at shows and events

We are renowned for providing Gundog displays at numerous shows across the UK, including the prestigious Great Yorkshire Show. Our displays are fun, entertaining and informative, showcasing a range of different gundog breeds. We demonstrate the different stages of how we prepare a dog for working in the field, progressing from introducing fundamental training with a pup; to advanced gundog work with some of our Field Trial winning dogs.

What to expect

From spaniels flushing cover to labradors delivering clean retrieves, our demonstrations give a full picture of the discipline and drive behind a well-trained gundog. Each display is tailored to the show, but typically includes:

Hunting and retrieving demonstrations

Whistle work, directional handling and steadiness

Simulated shoot-day scenarios using dummies

Live commentary from field trial judge Ryan Kay
